The shaft makes a very good visual impression. The connecting rods are copper-plated, as is otherwise only known from the legendary Hoeckle shafts. The connecting rod bearings are absolutely free of play, the concentricity has a deviation of less than one hundredth, which can be seen as a measurement tolerance, and the offset when measuring the rollover is also barely measurable. The bearing seats at the front and rear are 1-2 hundredths below dimension, which makes it easier to fit the shaft. However, a drop of Loctite should be used to be on the safe side. I noticed the M6 countersunk screws with cross recess, which I replaced with hexagon socket screws with 10.9 strength as a precaution.

The valves make a good impression. I use them in an M72. The dimensions correspond to the original parts, except for the stem diameter, which is 9mm and a touch more. Not quite half a mark on the micrometer. Very good when used in running cylinders. If the valves are to be fitted new in the factory, the guides may need to be reamed a little. Not a problem in my case, as K-Line guides are fitted in the cylinders anyway and these have to be reamed to size in any case. I particularly like the constriction just before the valve plate. This prevents carbon deposits from jamming the valve. With the original valves, I otherwise drilled out the guides at the bottom.

This connecting rod set is probably the best choice for the MZ TS 150 crankshafts. Very precise fit, high quality workmanship and completely improved quality compared to the original connecting rod set. Steel thrust washers, copper-plated needle bearings, connecting rod eyes true to size and hollowed. I can recommend this to any good repairer at any time.

A good product overall. Unfortunately a little heavy compared to the original. The set for touring, the connecting rod in the foot is much too thick and can only be used for engines with an oil slinger plate.
