9,5mm valve adjustment discs are not easy to find. 9.48 can be found, but the range of thicknesses is much smaller. G-moto seemed to have them on the shelf, of course the delivery (shipping) took a good week, but if you are prepared for that, it works.

I have successfully ordered and installed the chain. I have bought many parts from Gmoto and have only had good experiences with the products. Highly recommend the chain and many of the other parts from Gmoto.
