  • TEXA acronym "Tecnologie Elettroniche X Automotive" (Electronic Technologies for the Automotive Market) founded in 1992, by Bruno Vianello and Manuele Cavalli. Today, Texa is a European leader in the design, implementation and production of multi-brand diagnostic equipment serving motorcycles, cars, trucks, agricultural vehicles and motorboat equipment.
  • TEXA is present all over the world. It has subsidiaries in Spain, France, the UK, Germany, the US, Poland, Russia and Japan.It currently employs about 440 people worldwide, including more than 100 engineers and specialists employed in Research and Development. Starting in 2002, TEXA is a joint-stock company, and in 2004, following continuous development, it erects a new headquarters, which is a complex of 12,000 m2 of production located in an area of 64,000 m2, outstanding in terms of technology, safety and social purpose, which, expanding by 2012, will triple in size, creating a true "City ofTEXA"(Inauguration scheduled for May 2012).

  • In 2010, TEXA, became the first company to produce a complete line of air conditioning service stations compliant with new European standards.
  • TEXA has received numerous awards and honors over the years: among the most recent we can mention the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2008), the City Business Award (2008 and 2010 and 2011), the Unioncamere Veneto Award (2009), the Marco Polo of Foreign Trade (2010) and finally also in 2010 the Smau Award in the IT Architecture category.
  • Internationally, TEXA has received exceptional recognition by winning: the prestigious Frost & Sullivan in 2006 and 2007; it was awarded by GIPA (Inter Groupement Professionnel de l'Automobile) in 2009 for its TexaEdu program; the same year it won the Gold Trophy at the Grand Prix Internationaux Innovation Automobile in Paris; and in 2010, at the Automechanika in Frankfurt, it receives the Innovation Trophy, presented directly by the German Minister of Transportation.
