Zakupiona blacha została zapobiegawczo poprawiana punktowymi spawami zamiast fabrycznych zgrzewów blach mocujących, ponieważ jak wiemy jest to newralgiczny punkt, który lubi się wyłamać. Po tym polakierowana proszkowo, na to porządna gąbka, nowy pokrowiec,pasek i siedzenie jak fabryka.

Simson seat baseSheet metal of very good quality, I expected thin material, but no, it is thick as in the original. Someone here already wrote that the rear bracket is not a perfect fit - it's true, it's too flat for the S51, but just bend it slightly and it's ok.

Simson seat baseThe base is made solidly. It fits the original sponge. However, the rear mount is a bit crookedly welded to the main sheet metal. After the bend I matched it to the frame.
