Die Shims hatte ich zum für mich erstmaligen Einstellen des Ventilspiels an meiner Honda CB500PC32 in sechs unterschiedlichen Dicken "auf Verdacht" bestellt, um nicht auf gemessene Shims warten zu müssen und schnell wieder fahrbereit zu sein. Leider benötigte die Lieferung rund eine Woche, andere "Zwischendicken" eines Mitbewerbers kamen rund vier Tage schneller. Hat aber terminlich trotzdem gepasst. Die Shims sind in der Dickentoleranz sehr präzise gefertigt, etwas besser als die des Mitbewerbers. Letztendlich habe ich durch Umverteilen nur zwei der neuen Shims benötigt und eine Liste der nun verbauten Einstellplättchen angelegt für das nächste Mal.
